Yoghurt ice cream 2kg
Easily soluble ready-made dried ice cream mixture. Simple and quick preparation. A milk powder mixture ideal for the preparation of ice cream according to the recipe recommended on the package.
Preparation of ice cream: mixture Mix 1 kg of the dried ice cream mixture with 2 litres of cold drinking water. Stir vigorously with whisks. For better and faster result an electric blender is recommended. Leave it processing for about 20 minutes, then pour it into an ice cream machine and freeze it while whisking.
