Apricot sorbet 1kg
Easily soluble ready-made dried ice cream mixture.Simple and quick preparation.
Preparation of ice cream mixture:
Mix 1 kg of the dried ice cream mixture with 2,5 litres of cold drinking water.
Stir vigorously with whisks. For better and faster result an electric blender is recommended.
Leave it processing for about 20 minutes, then pour it into an ice cream machine and freeze it while whisking.
